Large European (multi site) paper plate and serviette manufacturer had been losing money for 10 years. Called in to turnaround the concern and sell within a short period.

Introduced lean manufacturing techniques, improved the supply chain, sold off the down stream part of the company to the some of the workforce and launched a new European brand.

The result was that the company was sold at the end of the year (after a lot of deliberation) for the required cash value and were called back in 3 times for other consultancy roles for the mother company.

Large European Coffee manufacturer was under pressure from Eastern European producers and the demands of an increasingly quality and cost conscious customer base. At the same time that raw material prices had increased by 30%.

Achieved ISO certification within 9 months, significantly reduced labour costs through changes to working practices and improved technology.

The result was that the company was able to return to profitability despite the external pressures and become the leading company for manufacturing excellence within its’ group. Asked to continue implementing these methodologies across the group, later called back to work on an acquisition.
